Installation

All wood floors that require it are professionally sanded to achieve the highest standard of grain reflection.

Acclimation

All hardwood needs to acclimate to the temperature and moisture levels in your home. It will be delivered 2–10 days in advance of the installation. The hardwood must be placed inside near the location of installation, and not in the basement or garage.

Moisture tests are given to both wood and sub floor to ensure that the material is ready for installation.

Baseboard Removal

We will remove all baseboards when installing a new hardwood floor prior to installing your floor, and then we will replace upon completion of the finishing process.

Install New Flooring

The installation process begins. We will install all flooring and any flush mount vents at this time.
